          Not having a working card machine for transactions is a hassle, especially when wanting to buy breakfast or order room service. The towels? They're as rough as wire wool, which doesn't match the quality of the amenities. The hotel itself sits about 30 minutes away from major attractions, which can make for some long walks or a costly Uber ride.

          breakfast wasn't included, but the complimentary champagne on arrival was a delightful surprise! ! the staff is super friendly, especially Vira, and the atmosphere is so unique and cozy. loved the soft music too!

          enjoyable stay with great service

          The staff were very good. Kirill was especially helpful, our transportation was sorted out and even giving us a ride to a restaurant. The breakfast area was elegant, with a superb selection. The view from our room overlooked a tranquil garden.

          The location was a bit misleading! It felt more distant from the main attractions than expected.

          I had a fantastic time at this hotel, where the friendly staff made my stay enjoyable and the restaurant served delicious meals. Amazing experience, pleasant and affable staff, appetising food at the restaurant.
